
Salon Policy

When you have an appointment booked, please try to advise us at least 48hrs ahead of time if you are unable to make your appointment.
Online bookings, new clients and large appointments will require a non refundable deposit if less then 48hrs of notice has been given or if you don’t turn up.
We understand there are some circumstances of course that are an exception and under our discretion, we will discuss possible transfer of your deposit to a new date.
For an accurate quote, it is always best to come into the salon for us to discuss and see your hair. We do give rough quotes over the phone, but please know these may change once in salon if needed.
When booking online, if additional services are needed to what you have booked we will re quote you prior to starting.
While De Lorenzo have gentle products, if you have never had a colour or are generally sensitive we suggest you come in for a skin test in which a small amount of colour is applied to the skin and left for 24-48hrs to ensure you don’t react.
The Shampoo Shop will not be able to guarantee long lasting or desired results if you are using hair products that have not been recommended by us.
Please note that over washing, damaged hair, or regular swimming can also affect the way the colour may last, or how a style may sit.
We will always do our best to match a style or colour you’d like, but we will also advise if not suitable or if your hair type will not give the desired outcome.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your hair, or the service, please contact us within a week so we can discuss and or make any changes. We do not offer redo services for change of mind.
